To inform you of our purchase of out modular home. In the beginning, when my wife and I were considering purchasing a modular home, we were very skeptical. We had heard horror stories from other people about BAD things that happened to them when they bought a modular home. IE: getting service,updates,repairs etc. My wife and I are happy to tell you we have NO nightmares with the home we purchased from Morganti Homes. Your people in Casper, WY. John Sr. & John Jr. were most helpful in their knowledge of your product and helped us get it right!! Their presentation convinced us and the rest is history. We ordered the Model 283 Premier and in 5 weeks it was delivered to our REMOTE location, the set crew arrived a week later and immediately an inside man was on the job, The a/c unit was installed, a factory person came twice in 1 week and all was complete and we were living in our house 11 weeks from purchase. In all we are VERY satisfied and all the efforts your employees made and fully intend to give Morganti Homes a positive recommendation!! Thanks Again !!!

So we went in search of a modular and were truly disappointed with all the hassles and lines that all those sales people gave us. We decided to try one more place. We went to Morganti Modular Homes in Erie, and they were very up front, with no hassles or lines, and they all worked hard to get us into a nice place at an affordable price. We never actually saw the model we picked, just on paper. We were very pleased with all the upgrades that we received. The house is very, very beautiful and probably better made that most regular stick built homes. Within a couple of months, our old home was torn down and the new home was set and ready to move in.
