Our recent rent-to-own program has been designed to help our customers who have hit a speed bump in their credit history. Every buyer is important to us.

Here at Morganti Modular Homes, Inc. we believe in second chances. This program is a great opportunity for good people with bad and even terrible credit to become homeowners, thus allowing the rebuilding of two things: their credit and their pride.

This program is much the same as a standard bank loan. However, there are no closing costs, no points, fees, or private mortgage insurance, as is typical of bank loans. Similarly, however, ALL of your down payment goes to principal, and each month you build equity as a portion of the payment is applied to the bottom line.
